Premier League new boys Burnley and Turkish Super Lig giants, Besiktas have expressed interest in the striker.
Besiktas had a €4m offer rejected early this month.
Burnley are however willing to pay €6m and could close the deal in the next few days.
Okereke scored seven goals in 33 appearances for Cremonese last season.
He is under contract at the club until 2025.
