The Magpies confirmed the signing of the Italian in a statement released via their website on Monday.
The statement partly read, “Newcastle United are delighted to announce the signing of Italian international midfielder Sandro Tonali from AC Milan.”
The statement disclosed that the midfielder signed a five-year deal.
