The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has responded strongly to comments made by Senate President Godswill Akpabio, who recently mocked the party’s coalition with other opposition groups, as reported by Punch on Sunday, 6th July, 2025.
Akpabio had spoken at a meeting of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Benin City, where he dismissed both the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the ADC-led coalition as weak and unimportant, his comments brought urgent reactions.
