According to him, a person’s attitude determines how far they will go in life. “Where you are today is a result of your attitude, and it will determine where you will be tomorrow,” he stated.

However, he expressed doubt about Arsenal’s ability to win the league title, citing a lack of a winning attitude.
“Arsenal has been 2nd in the EPL for 2 years. They don’t have the attitude to be champions,” he remarked. “They don’t have the winning mentality.”
He used Manchester City and Real Madrid as examples of teams with the mindset necessary for consistent success. Pastor Ibiyeomie noted that Manchester City, in spite of their successes in other areas, only won the Champions League after developing a winning mentality in that competition.
Similarly, he emphasized that Real Madrid’s repeated success in the Champions League stems from their champion’s mentality, even if they struggle in other competitions.
He encouraged his congregation to cultivate a champion’s mindset to excel in their respective fields and consistently achieve success.
