Speaking during an interview with Arise TV, Abdul Ningi, while addressing questions regarding why Wike has not been suspended from the PDP for alleged anti-party activities, emphasized that any action against Wike would require concrete evidence of his involvement in such activities, including proof of his influence over party members or any alleged misconduct.

He said, “You have to bring evidence of what you said he has done to those people, how he was able to galvanize those people, how he was able to bribe those people. We are a law abiding political party, and at the end of the day, Wike will still become a member of this party, it’s just a matter of time. He is with the APC, of course, he’s with the APC. He’s not an active member of the PDP.”
