He found it particularly puzzling that the Bauchi state governor, who also serves as the chairman of the governors’ forum, presided over the swearing-in of the opposition party’s candidates. He however highlighted the significance of effective leadership in times of crisis and the importance of maintaining party unity in the face of adversity.
